Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Wilsonville, OR, USA

Job Details: Schedule: 5pm - 2am (Mon - Fri, OT and weekends, as needed). Location: Wilsonville plant.

What does a Maintenance Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Directs, manages, and holds accountable all maintenance employees. Implements maintenance programs for building and machinery, maintains records, ensures safety, and oversees equipment rebuilding and overhauls. Works with regulatory agencies and performs other responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises maintenance functions, routine and preventive maintenance, manages budgets, and resolves issues promptly.
• Plans equipment rebuilds, manages budgets, and controls expenses.
• Supervises maintenance staff, conducts hiring, performance appraisals, and provides feedback.
• Ensures staff training, safety compliance, and maintains accurate records.
• Maintains effective relationships with staff and other departments.
• Ensures safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field preferred; High School Degree with experience also acceptable.
• 6+ years manufacturing experience, 4+ years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ISO systems, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, Coca-Cola KORE, and plant systems.
