Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift

Location: Wilsonville, OR (Schedule: 5pm - 2am, Mon-Fri, with OT and weekends as needed)

Role Overview:

Lead all maintenance activities, manage staff, oversee maintenance programs for building and machinery, maintain records, ensure safety and operational efficiency, and coordinate major equipment rebuilds and overhauls.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance
• Plan and coordinate equipment rebuilds and overhauls, manage budgets
• Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate maintenance personnel
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety standards
• Coordinate with other departments and management, maintain a safe and clean work environment

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years manufacturing experience, with 4+ years in supervisory role
• Knowledge of ISO, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Coca-Cola KORE standards
• Strong understanding of plant production systems and industry maintenance standards
