Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Description:

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at London Square Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK, who is HVAC/EPA Certified. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in multifamily properties, including experience with HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is essential.

Duties:

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff.
• Delegate assignments to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review and order parts or schedule services for resident repairs.
• Perform repairs such as wall repairs, A/C and heating, doors, cabinets, and closets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience and 7 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA licensed and available for overtime.
• Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely.
• Available for emergency on-call schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
• Background screening and drug test required.
