Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Description:

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at London Square Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK, who is HVAC/EPA Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties, including experience with HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Duties:

• The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members.
• Delegating assignments as needed to ensure all work orders are completed promptly.
• Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services to complete resident work order repairs.
• Performing wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, and repairs to doors, cabinets, and closets.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA licensed and available to work overtime.
• Owns necessary hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Available to accommodate emergency on-call schedule.
• CPO certifications preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
• Background screening and drug test required.
