In the position of Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide leadership, direction, and guidance to assigned shift employees for all maintenance-related items, including utilities, processing, packaging, and facilities at the site. You will notify, plan, coordinate, and resolve issues that arise in the assigned areas on your shift. You are responsible for achieving the maintenance strategy assigned to your shift personnel. You will work with management and floor-level employees to develop areas and drive continuous improvements.

Essential Job Functions:

• Shift Management, Leadership, and Decision Making: Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team.
• Follow through on plans provided by management and communicate updates for the following shift. Train and document new/temporary employees in their areas.
• Enforce company policies, ensure maintenance personnel follow SOPs and guidelines, such as logging spare parts, following preventative maintenance schedules, and reporting concerns promptly.
• Monitoring, Preventative Maintenance, and Troubleshooting: Document and report abnormalities. Monitor utilities, production, and facilities areas.
• Ensure completion of shift assignments thoroughly. Report parts used and findings. Troubleshoot equipment problems with the maintenance team and stay engaged in all areas.
• Process Improvements: Provide input for changes, work with vendors or contractors, and collaborate with management to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Support maintenance department initiatives.

Position Requirements:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, technical, or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and maintenance programs such as Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Preferred certifications or experience with Maintenance 2, TQM, TPM, or Maintenance Excellence.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Fix, Hippo, e-Maint, Assert Manager, etc., is preferred.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $93,000 annually
