The W Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead upkeep across our assisted living facilities. You will train staff, oversee repairs, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with residents and teams.

• Construction and repair experience.
• Prior experience as a Maintenance Worker in an Assisted Living Facility a BIG PLUS but not required
• Leadership and knowledge of tasks such as scheduling are essential
• Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity

The W Assisted Living Management Company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. We have our eye out for a dedicated and experienced candidate.The Chosen Candidate will be focus on training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep and repair operations. The ideal candidatepossesses technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times.
