Job summary

Ridgewood Rehab and Care Center is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building and grounds maintenance and lead the maintenance team to deliver a safe, well‑maintained living environment for residents.

You will coordinate with external contractors, supervise daily operations, and drive continuous improvement in facility services. The role requires 3–5 years in maintenance or facilities, leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license, with a strong focus on resident comfort and safety.

This position is responsible for overseeing building and grounds maintenance while leading the maintenance team to provide an exceptional living environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and supervise the maintenance department to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3--5 years of related experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a skilled trade.
• Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality environment for residents.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a passion for service excellence.
• Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving materials and equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.
