BCS in Brooklyn seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and custodial staff across program locations. You will implement SOPs, manage preventive schedules, and supervise safety, repairs, and housekeeping to ensure safe spaces for staff and clients. On-call coverage for nights and weekends is required.
Reports to the Director of Facilities and collaborates with the Facility Coordinator and program directors to maintain building integrity across multiple sites in Brooklyn.

The Maintenance Supervisor works under the general supervision of the Director of Facilities. This position is primarily responsible for the oversight of maintenance and custodial staff across several program locations throughout the borough. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of standard operating procedures, building maintenance, preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, and housekeeping to ensure the safety and comfort of the staff and clients and to maintain the integrity of the program’s physical spaces. The Maintenance Supervisor provides on-call coverage for overnight and weekends. This position will work in cooperation with the Facility Coordinator, Program Directors and Division Directors.
