Envolve is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Hermitage, TN community. The role involves managing facility maintenance, conducting training for staff, and ensuring all maintenance tasks from HVAC to plumbing are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in maintenance, along with HVAC certification and a valid driver's license. Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.
Currently, Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to at one of our communities in Hermitage, TN.
General Purpose of the Position: Responsible for all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment. Must be competent in the scheduled maintenance and repair of the apartment appliances, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and any special equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor must be experienced and knowledgeable about maintenance assigned to a given property, and must conduct maintenance training for others assigned to the property.
