We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our 1st and 2nd shift teams, ensuring optimal operation of all manufacturing and packaging equipment. This role is crucial in managing preventive maintenance, coordinating engineering projects, supervising changeovers and installations, and maintaining compliance with cGMP and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance personnel (mechanics and electricians) across two shifts.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure equipment reliability.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and line changeovers.
• Lead technical projects and support product/process improvements.
• Collaborate with QA, HR, and cross-functional teams on staffing, evaluations, and equipment quality issues.
• Oversee budgets, contractor negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, design principles, maintenance systems, and regulatory compliance (GMP, OSHA, etc.).
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Proficient in PLCs, Microsoft Office, and technical documentation.
