Overview:

Larsen Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong electrical and mechanical skills to lead maintenance operations. This is a working manager role, not an administrative position. The ideal candidate will lead by example, oversee maintenance tasks, and ensure uptime and operational efficiency across all equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise electrical work: rewiring motors, lighting systems, and handling 110/220-volt systems
• Replace belts on motors and maintain moving equipment
• Replace filters on HVAC systems (roof-mounted), chillers, and air compressors
• Organize and maintain the tool cage and inventory
• Serve as the point of contact for night-shift issues and respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all maintenance procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Strong electrical background and hands-on wiring experience
• Ability to change motor belts and filters on HVAC/chiller/compressor systems
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) if needed
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 18 feet
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership in a hands-on role; this is not a desk job
