Job summary

UniFirst in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and uniform service plant. You will plan and assign daily work for technicians, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and laundry equipment, and coordinate outside contractors as needed.

You will also oversee preventive maintenance scheduling, manage spare parts inventory, ensure safety and environmental standards, train and mentor team members, and

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience overseeing maintenance teams.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
• Experience planning and scheduling preventive maintenance.
