Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a new facility in Mocksville, NC. The role focuses on leading maintenance operations, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with teams to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in maintenance supervision, strong electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting skills, and experience with PM programs and CMMS.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical, hydraulics, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision with expertise in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems.
  • Ability: Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Diagnostics: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a maintenance team.
  • CMMS: Experience with CMMS is a plus.
  • Safety: Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are identified and met throughout production operations.
  • Supervise and hold production associates accountable to policies, maintaining quality with proper recordkeeping.
  • Provide training on production processes, procedures, and quality controls.
  • Direct, maintain, and enforce safety and quality programs within the facility.
  • Monitor and evaluate plant equipment operation, minimizing non-conformance and anticipating issues.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to recommend improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
  • Prioritize work orders and assist with troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to the PM schedule and provide training as needed.
  • Source parts for planned maintenance and emergency repair activities.
  • Communicate procedures and safety requirements to operators, emphasizing safe practices with complex systems.
  • Conduct incident, accident, and non-conformity investigations, implementing corrective actions to address root causes.
  • Collaborate with support groups to ensure resources meet operational requirements.
  • Promote high standards through personal example and clear performance expectations.

Our client is a very well established manufacturer of products for the electric utilities industry--They have an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor at a new facility in Mocksville North Carolina. Injection molded plastics machinery strongly preferred.

Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer requirements and expectations are accurately identified and met throughout production operations.
