Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical/hydraulics a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance supervision with electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and blueprints.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage a maintenance team.
• Experience with CMMS is a plus.
• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet production maintenance requirements and expectations.
• Supervise maintenance associates and enforce company policies.
• Provide staff training on processes, procedures, and quality controls.
• Direct safety and quality programs within the facility.
• Monitor plant equipment and systems to minimize non-conformance.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Prioritize work orders and assist with technical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to Preventative Maintenance schedules.
• Source parts for planned maintenance and emergencies.
• Communicate procedures and safety requirements to operators and maintenance staff.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with support groups to secure resources.
• Promote high standards through personal example.
