Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the Midway, GA area (1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) to lead a team of maintenance technicians at a high-volume automated distribution center.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and safety culture, minimizing downtime across conveyors and facility infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership experience in distribution, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment environments.
• Experience supervising technicians and driving employee accountability.
• Strong understanding of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with conveyors, automated material handling systems, motors, sensors, VFDs, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Manage preventive maintenance and work order activities through a CMMS.
• Support conveyors, sortation equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Coach employees on performance, attendance, safety, and operational expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase uptime and reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and vendor activities.
• Ensure OSHA and facility safety standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain adequate maintenance inventory, tools, and replacement parts.

A leading distribution and fulfillment operation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians supporting a high-volume automated distribution center.

This role is responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance programs, driving equipment reliability, promoting a strong safety culture, and leading a team focused on minimizing downtime across conveyors, sortation systems, and facility infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a maintenance team in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Manage preventive maintenance and work order activities through a CMMS
• Support conveyors, sortation equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure
• Coach employees on performance, attendance, safety, and operational expectations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase uptime and reliability
• Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and vendor activities
• Ensure OSHA and facility safety standards are consistently followed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance
• Strong safety mindset, including LOTO and OSHA compliance
• Military leadership experience is highly valued

Schedule & Compensation

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Typical work week: 45-50 hours
