Job description

We’re looking to fill an immediate opening as a Permanent Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor at our Midland location.

What you'll do:

• Track all vehicles at vendors using check-in/out documents, Maintain, and OOS spreadsheet.
• Coordinate vehicle transport between vendors, branches, and customers, ensuring timely movement.
• Manage recalls, out-of-town breakdowns, and service bookings efficiently.
• Complete MARC sheets for damaged vehicles and track repairs, including customer chargebacks.
• Update maintenance reminders and scan service history into Maintain.
• Review and verify dealer work orders and body shop estimates; send to claims as needed.
• Ensure rental vehicles meet rigging and decal standards, and are registered and plated.
• Oversee storage and inventory of unused equipment; maintain up-to-date fire extinguishers.
• Conduct vehicle audits and help mark fleet vehicles for sale
• Work with the rental team to provide damage photos, estimates, and billing documentation.
• Create/close POs and review monthly; manage designated fuel cards.
• Manage facility maintenance with the Rental or Branch Manager.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; manage onboarding/offboarding.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in customer service and rental industry is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Experience with finance and insurance, leasing, or rentals operations considered an asset
• Knowledge and affiliations with local businesses considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills with the passion to coach and mentor a successful team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to solve problems independently following company guidelines and policies
• Pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance is required
• Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Previous experience in customer service and automotive industry is preferred
