Colonial Pipeline Company in Woodbine, MD is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of up to 12 technicians in maintaining and improving pipeline facilities. You will supervise, coach, and develop staff while ensuring safety and compliance with standards and regulations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in pipeline maintenance or similar oil & gas role.
• Willing to obtain HAZWOPER and Operator Qualification certifications.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Physical mobility to sit, stand, reach, pull, push and bend. Digital dexterity for operation of calculator, PC keyboard and mouse. Hearing in the normal range Lift up to 20 pounds. Speak at a normal voice range. Climb stairs, vertical ladders up to 10 ft. and tank steps as high as 60 ft. Normal visual acuity for reading VDT screen, pressure charts and control panel counters. Physical mobility to walk, sit, stand, reach, pull, push and bend.
