Responsibilities

Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans.**About the Safety Specialist Position**As a Safety Specialist, you are accountable for implementing and overseeing occupational and operational safety programs and initiatives in assigned area. The Safety Specialist provides Colonial, Safety subject matter expertise to facilitate, and promote enhanced Safety awareness through application of Safety processes and achievement of established Safety objectives. This role presents a positive image of health and safety to foster cooperative relationships, motivating and influencing individuals to value and take personal ownership of safety.
