Independence-Realty-Trust-2 is seeking a Service Manager to lead a property maintenance team across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. You will collaborate with community and regional managers to drive maintenance strategy and ensure timely repairs, while delivering top-notch resident service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in property maintenance, EPA Type I/II certifications, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a service team, providing training and support to ensure high-quality repairs.
• Collaborate with Community and Regional Managers on maintenance strategies.
• Prioritize and delegate work orders for timely completion.
• Assist with troubleshooting and service requests to residents and staff.
• Monitor budget adherence while delivering excellent resident satisfaction.
