IRT Living's Oxmoor Apartments in Louisville, KY is seeking a Service Manager to lead a technicians team responsible for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other repairs, ensuring quality service and resident satisfaction.

This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and collaboration in a stable, growth‑minded company that values training, budget discipline, and professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to attend a company-paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.
