We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will make a significant impact on our facilities and equipment at our Lititz, PA plant. Your role as Maintenance Supervisor is vital in ensuring that our manufacturing equipment and processes are operating smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, leading maintenance efforts, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive measures to avoid costly downtimes.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
2. Promote safety by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
3. Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance personnel, fostering a team-oriented environment.
4. Collaborate with other departments to maintain communication and align goals for maintenance activities.
5. Develop and implement maintenance plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
6. Establish processes for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
7. Responsible for developing work orders.
8. Responsible for tracking inventory of parts and ordering.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required; technical diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven supervisory skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
