Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Production Manager for the night shift to lead a cross‑functional team in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and on‑time production while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement across all lines.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong interpersonal skills to train and mentor team members. Relocation to the right experience is possible for the ideal candidate.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in a production environment.
• Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable.
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures.
• Thermoforming or plastics experience preferred; willing to relocate the right experience.
