Job summary

ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc. in Lawrenceville, GA seeks a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of electromechanical maintenance technicians in the Toner Process.

You will ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule, manage inventory and spare parts levels, and support ISO processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 7+ years of supervision of 7+ EEs, strong problem-solving, and MS Office proficiency; preferred CMRT/CMRP certification and experience with

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience leading a maintenance team (7+ technicians) and 3+ years in maintenance management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve moderately complex to complex problems using operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills; ability to write procedures and create forms and presentations.
  • Demonstrated positive leadership and teambuilding abilities.

  • Model the “safety first” behaviors we expect of all employees by ensuring that operational procedures and processes are performed safely and provide a safe work environment.
  • Review and prioritize work orders and assigns technicians; create preventive maintenance schedule and execute the plan. Make routine adjustments to work assignments, work processes, and/or maintenance equipment to meet schedules and targets while maintaining QCDSE standards.
  • Participate in developing the budget; monitor the budget.
  • Recommend, implement, communicate, train, and enforce methods and procedures to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective maintenance unit.
  • Set up and maintain spare parts and supplies inventory. Investigate and purchase parts.
  • Select outside contractors and monitor and evaluate their work. Work with outside contractors and REI's Legal Division to resolve issues and finalize contracts.
  • Investigate problems related to maintenance and collaborate with other functional areas to identify root-cause and recommend corrective actions/countermeasures, prepare action plan, manage solution implementation and summarize and report results.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update ISO procedures, documents, and forms. Maintain and update records as required by ISO.
  • Review incoming and completed work orders and preventive maintenance slips and related reports for accuracy. Track and consolidate activity statistics. Identify trends, problems, and opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance results.
  • Generate activity and downtime reports for management review.

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor at EMUS, you will lead a team of electromechanical maintenance technicians responsible for maintaining and testing equipment within our Toner Process operation. Experience managing a team of 7+ EEs, with at least 3 years’ experience managing a maintenance team.

Very good problem-solving skills needed to resolve moderately complex to complex problems using operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Must have MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills at intermediate level, along with experience in writing procedures, and creating forms, visual aids, graphs, and presentations. Ability to design and present quality PowerPoint presentations to all level of employees.

Must have demonstrated positive leadership skills with experience in teambuilding/motivating practices to support company initiatives.

Physical Requirements: This position requires employees to sit or stand for up to 6 hours per day. Must be willing and able to push and/or pull up to 50 lbs frequently, and bend, kneel, twist/turn, climb starts for up to 3 hours per day.

Preferred

Milling, mixing, or batching operations and/or manufacturing experience.

Experience working with pneumatic transport systems.

Metal Fabrication / Welding experience.

CMRT/CMRP certification.
