Maintenance Supervisor

Compensation: $85,000-$90,000

Exciting opportunity for an experienced hands-on apartment maintenance supervisor at a well-managed property in the greater NE Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will lead by example, mentor and train staff, identify inefficiencies, and work closely with the property manager.

As maintenance supervisor, you should have broad skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc., and be customer service oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, supplies, projects, work orders, community maintenance, and apartment turnovers. Although not part of the rotational on-call schedule, the supervisor must be available after hours for emergencies or management decisions. Proficiency in MS Word and property management software is required.
