Yates & Yates Co. is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in our multifamily communities. This leadership role is within a results-driven, culture-focused company that values honesty, transparency, trust, and respect.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and lead a team of technicians
• Ensure timely and high-quality completion of service requests and unit turns
• Manage vendors and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented environment
