Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. You will coordinate technicians, supervise preventive maintenance, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will troubleshoot complex machinery, manage work orders in SAP, and mentor plant personnel in basic maintenance techniques while ensuring adherence to Sibelco safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance with conveyor systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities on site with internal and external technicians.
• Support and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance program.
• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems.
• Enforce safety standards and lifesaving rules on site.
• Coordinate with third‑party contractors to ensure timely maintenance work.
