Compensation: $34 per hour

Overview
The Elroy is seeking skilled maintenance leaders to guide our maintenance team in maintaining property integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager
• Perform property inspections and address maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests completed by the maintenance team
• Complete work orders promptly based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and vendors
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards
• Implement preventative maintenance
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• EPA HVAC certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
