We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor + $1,500 sign-on bonus to oversee the general maintenance of our apartment communities. We seek a hands-on, self-starting individual with troubleshooting skills and a budget-minded approach who enjoys helping customers and leading teams.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems; install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain the exterior to ensure clean and appealing curb appeal.
• Manage the maintenance budget effectively.
• Comply with OSHA, health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Train and supervise the Service Technician and Groundskeeper staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC; EPA certification required.
• CPO certification required.
• Knowledge of Yardi preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies in rotation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
