Marquette Management Inc., www.marquettemanagement.com, is seeking a Service Manager at our location in the White Oak neighborhood of Houston, Texas.

The Service Manager plays a key role in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry.
• Excellent leadership, customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus.
• Availability for on-call work and flexibility to work weekends when necessary.

• Competitive salary: $70,000–$75,000 based on experience.
