Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our building facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building management. This role is critical in ensuring our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, and building systems.
2. Ensure all systems and equipment are functioning correctly and efficiently.
3. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and structures.
4. Manage and coordinate facility repairs and upgrades (paint, remodeling).
5. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
7. Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
8. Respond to facility emergencies and provide timely solutions.
9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building management.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software (CMMS) and tools.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

Education:
