Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead a team of technicians and support staff in a demanding industrial setting. This role focuses on reducing downtime through proactive maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

You will coordinate with procurement, manage contractor activities, and maintain comprehensive records while guiding a culture of continuous improvement across the maintenance function.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards related to facility maintenance and safety.
