Job summary

Brookside Properties seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for The Pines at Willowbrook, an 80-unit community in Hinesville, GA. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, lead the maintenance team, and ensure timely completion of service requests and turns.

The role requires strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills, EPA Type II or Universal certification, and a proven ability to manage budgets and coordinate vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience.
• Multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills are required.
• EPA Certification – Type II or Universal is required.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs is needed.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools are required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and stay active throughout the day.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community.
• Lead and support the maintenance team.
• Complete service requests, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Maintain inventory and work within the property budget.
• Ensure the community meets OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
