Job summary

Cobalt Equipment, Inc. is developing a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX. We seek a hands-on Facilities & Grounds Technician to fix leaks, hook up RVs, mow the grounds, and keep the site running smoothly.

This full-time role offers $19–$23 per hour, 12-hour shifts, and on-site housing and meals. Join a ground-up project in West Texas and enjoy the unique outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• General maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair knowledge.
• Comfortable with hands-on, varied outdoor work.
• Dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working outdoors in West Texas weather.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests and perform general repairs.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks.
• Handle mowing, landscaping, and grounds upkeep.
• Manage RV hookups for power, water, and sewer.

Cobalt Equipment is looking for a hands-on Facilities & Grounds Technician to help build and maintain a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX. If you like variety in your workday, from fixing a leaky faucet to hooking up an RV to mowing the grounds, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Respond to resident maintenance requests and perform general repairs
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks
• Handle mowing, landscaping, and grounds upkeep
• Manage RV hookups for power, water, and sewer
