Job summary

Cobalt Equipment, Inc. in Haskell, TX, seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to lead safety for a brand-new workforce housing community. You will build the safety program from scratch, train the team, and ensure day-one safety compliance across operations.

You will run site safety inspections, manage evacuations, and supervise the Safety Technician team, with on-site housing and meals provided and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety/EHS experience, construction or industrial background a plus
• OSHA 30 or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong training and communication skills
• A strong commitment to safety and the confidence to speak up and lead

Responsibilities

Cobalt Equipment needs an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to keep our new Haskell, TX workforce housing community safe from day one. If you're a natural leader who takes safety seriously and knows how to train a team to do the same, this is your opportunity to build a safety program from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Run site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations

What We're Looking For
