Mobis - OH is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee plant day-to-day maintenance, assign work orders, and ensure adherence to procedures and safety standards.

The role requires leadership, experience supervising maintenance staff, knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, and ability to drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability.

Formación

• Qualified Electrician, Mechanic, Hydraulics and Pneumatics technician.
• Must know S.P.C. Toolmaker, Machinist, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering knowledge.
• Must be knowledgeable in PLC logic and systems.
• Must have good problem solving, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Oversee work by outside contractors as necessary.
• Keep related records and charts trends.
• Ensure departmental compliance with company policies, including safety regulations.
• Assist in managing building expansion projects.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance checks and keeps related records.
• Aid in troubleshooting problems with machinery and equipment.
• Train, direct, develop, supervise, evaluate subordinates.
• Member of the Emergency Action team and Safety Committee.
• Ensure upkeep of exterior of building and/or yards.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental standards.
• Review all shop supplies and MRO purchase requisitions for cost and usage.
• Performs special assignments as delegated.

Description

Purpose: Responsibility of running day-to-day maintenance for the plant. This includes assigning work orders to maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with documented procedures, driving continuous improvement and professional development of the maintenance staff. Responsible for staffing changes required to provide production coverage and reduce unplanned failures on production and facility equipment.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for installation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, etc.


• Oversees work performed by outside contractors as necessary.


• Keeps related records and charts trends.


• Ensures departmental compliance with company policies, including safety regulations.


• Assists in managing building expansion projects.


• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance checks and keeps related records.


• Aids in troubleshooting problems with machinery and equipment.


• Trains, directs, develops, supervises, evaluates subordinates.


• Member of the Uni Boring Emergency Action team and Safety Committee.


• Ensures the upkeep of exterior of building and/or yards.


• Ensures compliance of Environmental standards


• Reviews all shop supplies and MRO purchase requisitions for cost and usage.


• Performs special assignments as delegated.

Requirements

Education / Skill / Experience Requirements:
