Pickering & Company is seeking a Multi-Family Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Preserve at West View in Greer, SC. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience in Multi-Family Apartment Maintenance, able to work in a fast-paced environment, organized, capable of multi-tasking, and possesses excellent customer service skills. Required skills include carpentry, general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. CPO and CFC certifications are required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe. Weekend and on-call work are expected. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining community grounds free of trash
• Completing work promptly without sacrificing quality
• Performing preventative maintenance, work orders, and turnovers to maintain resident retention
• Tracking community assets
• Responding to after-hours emergency calls
• Addressing service calls promptly
• Using electronic devices for work order management and email correspondence
• Maintaining professionalism and effective communication with vendors
• Developing efficiency improvement plans
• Maintaining dependability with regular attendance
• Handling strenuous tasks and lifting objects over 10 lbs
