Job summary

CYM Living LLC is seeking a Maintenance professional to support our property operations. You will address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, locks/keys, carpentry, painting, drywall, and janitorial duties across multiple units.

The role requires effective communication, self-direction, and strong customer service, with after-hours on-call coverage as needed. You will also handle general administrative tasks related to vendors and contracts, ensuring timely resolution of issues to

The Maintenance role requires effective and careful evaluation in response to a broad range of maintenance needs to assist and optimize the efficient operation of property. • Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field;
• On-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays;
• Skilled in routine apartment maintenance, as well as handling administrative tasks and paperwork related to vendors/contractors;
• Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner.
