Job summary

Richman Property Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Colonial Lakes in Lake Worth, FL. The role offers full-time hours, an on-site apartment, and an hourly salary range of $30.00–$31.00.

The position requires 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA 608 certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations for the community.
• Supervise, schedule, and train maintenance staff.
• Manage service requests and make-readies to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and carry out preventative maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, and manage maintenance budgets and inventory.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards, the Clean Air Act, and company policies.
• Maintain curb appeal and the condition of buildings and grounds.
• Perform on-call duties and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Key Qualifications

• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repair
• Must own basic tools as allowed by state law
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local, state, and federal regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• CAMT or CPO certification preferred
