• EPA/HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Bryant Terrace Apartments is seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of our well-maintained 109-unit residential community. Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all daily maintenance functions, coordinate and execute repairs, manage vendor relationships, lead capital improvement projects, and ensure timely and effective service to our residents. This position plays a key role in maintaining the property's high standards of appearance, functionality, and safety.
