Description

Do you have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience? As Maintenance Supervisor at Parkside Gardens Apartments in Euclid, OH, you will oversee maintenance and grounds personnel, manage maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, work with vendors, prepare apartments for make-ready turns, complete work service requests, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. HVAC Certification is REQUIRED for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Manage ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects.
• Prepare apartments for make-ready turns.
• Perform general maintenance duties as necessary.
• Respond to after-hour emergency calls (on-call).
• Handle snow removal and grounds maintenance, including common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Complete work orders for service requests such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of on-site maintenance management.
• 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of make-ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and ability to travel between properties.
• Basic set of tools.
• Responsible and reliable with a positive attitude and a get-the-job-done mindset.
