Maintenance Supervisor (Finance)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

What will you do?

  • Manages the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment
  • Manages the Total Preventative Maintenace (TPM) to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
  • Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being
  • Manages & optimizes maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
  • Organizes the intervention of the team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line
  • Ensures the business continuity plan in term of equipment and tools

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Have knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Have an understanding of maintenance/ tool and die principles
  • Proficiency in professional and engineering PLC applications
