A leading company seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance functions, ensuring compliance and quality. Supervise all functions pertaining to facilities maintenance, including preventive maintenance programs, repairs to the building, property, and all material handling equipment. Oversee maintenance G&A expenses for all budgeted items in the Maintenance and Repair accounts, as well as expenses related to landscaping, mat rental, pest control, snow removal, janitorial, waste management, fire system maintenance, and certification. Review and recommend changes to existing material handling equipment and all proposed construction projects. Ensure timeline compliance and quality of work for external construction projects.
This role requires working in a warehouse environment, standing, walking, hearing, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Full-time in-office presence is required for team interaction, meetings, and collaboration.
