Job summary

Envolve Community Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Mesa Place Apartments in El Paso, TX. The candidate must be HVAC certified with strong multifamily property experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections, and carpentry.

Leadership of a maintenance team and a commitment to customer service are essential. Responsibilities include directing staff, managing work orders, ordering parts, and scheduling services.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC licensed.
• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely.
• Must be available for overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff and delegate assignments to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review and order parts or schedule services as needed to complete resident work orders.
• Perform or oversee wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Maintain a working supervisor and handle additional duties as assigned.

Envolve Community Management LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Mesa Place Apartments in El Paso, TX.

The Maintenance Supervisor needs to be HVAC Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties with experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections and carpentry. The Maintenance Supervisor must have experience leading a maintenance team. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Duties

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members. Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs. Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets. This position requires a working supervisor. Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections preferred.
• High Rise with system experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC licensed.
• Available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule if requested.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must have a valid Driver's License,
