Job summary

Envolve seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Mesa Place Apartments in El Paso, TX. The role requires an HVAC-licensed candidate with strong multifamily property experience and proven leadership of a maintenance team.

The supervisor will direct staff, manage work orders, order parts, and schedule services for resident repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks. Availability for overtime and on-call emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC licensed and skilled in HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections preferred.
• Availability to work overtime and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance staff and delegate assignments to ensure work orders are completed promptly.
• Review and order parts or schedule services for resident repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repair, doors, cabinets and closets as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Envolve Community Management LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Mesa Place Apartments in El Paso, TX.

The Maintenance Supervisor needs to be HVAC Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties with experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, HUD/Tax Credit inspections and carpentry. The Maintenance Supervisor must have experience leading a maintenance team. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Duties

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members. Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs. Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets. This position requires a working supervisor. Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit inspections preferred.
• High Rise with system experience.
• Must have at least 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC licensed.
• Available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule if requested.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must have a valid Driver's License,
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required
