Job summary

Dizario Search is partnering with a manufacturing client to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor who will lead a team of six across two facilities. You will oversee all facility and maintenance operations, including equipment upkeep, CNC and machinery maintenance, inventory management and budgeting tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with root-cause analysis and production-friendly solutions.
• Experience with supply inventory management, budgeting, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of maintenance systems, using data to drive facility strategy and KPI performance.
• Support capital planning and execution, including project identification, prioritization, justification, and tracking.
• Oversee facility and equipment improvement projects from concept through completion.
• Maintain technical manuals and equipment documentation to support troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Manage external contractors for all facility and maintenance-related work.
• Oversee spare parts, supplies, and equipment inventory to ensure cost control and alignment with budget and operational needs.
