Maintenance Supervisor
Denton, TX
$28–30/hr + Free Apartment

OVERVIEW

Our client is currently seeking a hands-onMaintenance Supervisorfor a well-maintained, market-rate B/C Class community in Denton, TX. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the physical upkeep of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. You'll be equipped with the resources and autonomy to make a meaningful impact on daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Complete service work orders promptly—ideally within 24 hours
• Walk and police the property grounds daily and as needed throughout the day
• Turn vacant units within 5 business days or less
• Handle general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, and grounds work
• Perform landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, and weeding
• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and landscaping equipment
• Assist with preventative maintenance and unit inspections
• Ensure readiness for inspections and compliance with local regulations
• Report property damage, liability issues, or injuries promptly
• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Take on additional duties as needed
