Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Denton, TX, for a well-maintained, market-rate B/C Class community. This leadership role involves overseeing the physical upkeep of the property, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for residents. You will have the resources and autonomy to impact daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete service work orders promptly, ideally within 24 hours.
• Walk and police the property grounds daily and as needed.
• Turn vacant units within 5 business days or less.
• Handle general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, and grounds work.
• Perform landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, and weeding.
• Operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and landscaping equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and unit inspections.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and compliance with regulations.
• Report property damage, liability issues, or injuries promptly.
• Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
