Job summary

Responsibilities include:

  • Create a safety culture and implement workplace policies.
  • Lead and coach skilled trades/maintenance personnel in asset management, including asset availability and preventative maintenance.
  • Address corrective maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with hourly team members, union, and management.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) consistently.
  • Evaluate team performance and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You’ll have...

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of supervisory, manufacturing, and maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Fundamental knowledge of PLC logic and controls
  • Mechanical aptitude

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with safety and quality management
  • Stamping and Maximo experience
  • Six Sigma certification (Black or Green Belt)
  • Knowledge of constraint management principles
  • Experience managing a unionized workforce
