The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure safety, maintenance, and equipment needs are met across the community.

Responsibilities Include:

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, lock changing, carpentry, landscaping, and curb appeal
• Ordering supplies
• Scheduling projects in vacant apartments
• Managing capital projects, including bidding and supervising contractors
• Communicating with vendors and staff
