Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

  1. Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, repairs, service requests, turnovers, grounds, and common areas.
  2. Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  3. Conduct regular safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff in safe handling of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  4. Participate in departmental or regional meetings and community events; lead safety and staff meetings.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
  6. Maintain departmental budget; ensure projects and schedules stay within financial guidelines.
  7. Prepare specifications for major projects, negotiate bids, and inspect vendor work for quality and compliance.
  8. Order maintenance supplies efficiently and cost-effectively; manage inventory.
  9. Ensure service requests are assigned and completed promptly.
  10. Complete make-readies and maintenance projects accurately and timely per WBPC standards.
  11. Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
  12. Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and others for assessment and repair.
  13. Conduct safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on safety protocols.
  14. Adhere to all safety policies and OSHA regulations, ensuring a safe environment.
Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
  2. Proven leadership and supervisory skills for large teams.
  3. Strong knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
  4. HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
  5. Effective communication skills with management, vendors, and residents.
  6. Proficiency with small tools, electrical work, and basic repairs.
  7. Basic computer skills (mobile devices, PC).
  8. Valid license may be required.
  9. Availability for on-call, emergency, and off-hours work.
  10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
